If your test isn’t listed in the drop-down menu, email us at resultpoint@qlaboratories.com or call (513) 471-1300 with your test name and method.
We update your test list every Monday morning to reflect your full history and remove obsolete tests.
Common Questions & Quick Tips
Make sure you’ve selected the correct department when building your sample.
Look for the yellow “Review Submission Unsuccessful” banner at the top of the page—it will highlight any missing fields.
Simply enter “Report Only” in the specification field.
Ensure the Company field is completed to access saved templates.
Result Point times out after 5 minutes of inactivity. Use the “Save Current Session” button to avoid losing progress during extended use.
